I help organizations turn complex ideas, processes, and expectations into structured, practical learning experiences.

Whether you’re launching something new or modernizing existing training, I design learning that is clear, usable, and built for real-world performance.

I work best with teams who are ready to clarify their goals and commit to a defined timeline.

Training Audit & Modernization

If your training feels outdated, unclear, or difficult for learners to follow, I can review your materials and provide clear, practical recommendations for improvement.

Includes:
• Review of existing training materials
• Written recommendations for improvement
• Sample redesign of one section
• Optional follow-up consultation

Best for:
Organizations that already have training but want it to be clearer, more engaging, and easier to deliver.

Microlearning Module Design

Short, focused learning modules designed to teach a specific skill or concept in a practical and engaging way.

Includes:
• Learning outline or storyboard
• Script support as needed
• Interactive or visual learning module
• Two structured revision rounds

Best for:
Targeted skills, onboarding topics, or just-in-time learning.

Workshop or Training Design (ILT/VILT)

Complete session design for instructor-led or virtual training, built for real facilitation—not just slides.

Includes:
• Session outline and learning flow
• Slide deck designed for facilitation
• Facilitator guide with timing and notes
• Activities and discussion prompts

Best for:
Professional development, onboarding sessions, and team training.

Who I Work With

I partner with organizations ready to bring clarity and structure to their learning.

  • Growing organizations formalizing onboarding or internal training

  • Teams with deep subject matter expertise but limited instructional structure

  • Leaders modernizing outdated slide decks, workshops, or compliance content

  • Schools, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations building capacity

If that sounds like a fit, we’ll likely work well together.

How Projects Work

Most projects follow a simple, structured process to keep scope clear and momentum steady.

  1. Discovery conversation to clarify goals, audience, and constraints

  2. Review of existing materials and stakeholder input

  3. Outline/storyboard for alignment and approval

  4. Design and development with structured review checkpoints

  5. Final revisions, delivery, and next-step recommendations

Tools and Platforms

I work in a variety of platforms depending on project needs, including Adobe Captivate, PowerPoint, Canva, and Animaker.

For projects requiring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or Vyond, clients typically provide access to their licensed environment.
