Students don't quit because they can't play. They quit because they don't feel like they're getting better. This scenario-based module introduces new franchise owners to the Practice Coaching Structure (Assess, Structure, Revise) and shows how the decisions a teacher makes in the moment directly shape student progress and retention. Learners work through realistic scenarios where the right coaching move builds momentum and the wrong one quietly undermines it.

A new instructor's first week is full of firsts, and navigating an unfamiliar scheduling system shouldn't slow them down. This microlearning video walks new PVMA instructors through StudioSync using a scenario-based approach, covering the essentials: managing daily schedules, editing availability, and understanding the cancellation policy. Short enough to watch before the first shift, practical enough to actually use.

Every teacher has at least one thing that isn't working the way they want it to. This self-paced micro-lesson helps educators do something about it — not with a sweeping overhaul, but with a focused seven-day plan. Learners identify a specific friction point in their classroom, explore practical strategies for addressing it, and build an action plan with a clear success indicator they can actually measure. Small scope, real results.

This short instructional video walks learners through creating and assigning a task in Asana, covering the specific steps that establish clear ownership, set due dates, and keep accountability visible to the whole team. This two-part explainer series was created for Blue Wave Merchant Solutions as a lead-generation tool, turning a complicated and often misunderstood financial risk into a clear business case for action. Video 1 breaks down what chargebacks are and how they erode revenue. Video 2 introduces Blue Wave and the solutions they offer for chargeback mitigation and credit card processing, giving prospective clients both the context and the next step.
Explaning Instructional Design

Many people have taken a well-built training course without knowing who made it or how. That gap shows up in hiring conversations, client meetings, and SME kickoffs, where the instructional designer's role often has to be explained before the work can start.
